Complete the Food Questionnaire to help us learn about your preferences. The better we understand your needs, the better we can tailor the perfect meals for you.
Free Consultation
Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we schedule a complimentary phone consultation. Together we will discuss your nutritional goals and a potential cooking schedule.
Menu Development and Planning
We draft a customized menu to meet your needs and food preferences which we send to you for approval.
Payment
Once the menu is finalized, we send you an invoice. We request a 50% deposit upfront before we start making your meals. Payment can be made via EFT using the bank details provided.
In-home cooking service
We come to cook in your home once or twice a week. We take the load off by doing all the shopping and arrive at your home to create delicious, nutrient-dense meals. Your kitchen is left clean and a fridge full of ready-to-heat meals.
